Activist Judges Define Marriage:
For proof that it is activist judges, and not elected offcials representing the people, that are choosing to instill their hateful wrath against those of us that believe that sex, and not love, should be central to marriage, see the following list:

- The Mayor of San Fransico, Gavin Newsom and County Clerk Nancy Alfaro

- Diane Linn, chairwoman of the Multnomah County (where Portland is) Board of Commissioners (admittedly, after the county attorney, who might one day become an activist judge, advised that the Oregon Constitution required the premitance of same sex marriage)

- The Mayor of New Paltz, New York, Jason West ( "The constitution is clear that I cannot discriminate in who I marry," said the 26-year-old West.)

-Mayor John Shields of Nyack, about 20 miles north of Manhattan, said Wednesday that he will begin conducting weddings as early as this week

- Sandoval County Clerk in New Mexico, Victoria Dunlap (again, the county attorny, another potential evil-judge, whispered in her ear that New Mexico law defined marriage as a contract without mentioning gender)
